Due to the nature of the services and the products that are being sold , RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific product page or unless the product is found to be defective. We have been forced to implement this policy because of the attraction of our surveillance products to many unscrupulous people who buy the products, use them to their gain for a short period of time and then return products. For that reason, all returns, exchanges and refunds must be approved by our store prior to any product being returned. Our Agency Has strict quality contrlo measures and we always test all of products before shipping. RETURN POLICY: All products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. *Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon shipment to the client. However, all returns MUST be authorized by a representative of SpyCenter.com prior to the product being returned. We will refund, replace or credit your account for a returned product(s) at our discretion ONLY.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
WARRANTY: Spy Center.com guarantees all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days. In this case, we will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
Special exceptions can be made on a case by case basis determined by Spy Center. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within a five (4) day period from date of receipt of product(s). Refunds will not be given for products returned without explicit permission from our store in writing. Any return has to be authorized by a representative of SpyCenter representative ONLY. Returns will not be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the client.
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS: It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not the distributor), to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any items listed on this web site. Consult an attorney or law enforcement professional, regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
